is title required?

When someone is annoyed with you, he is shouting like hell at you, scolding you if he is a professor, or simply mad at you then all you have to do is to show him your 100 watt wide sarcastic smile and I bet, you will automatically embarrass him to his knees.. the next moment he will be crying inside, indication: he will instantly stop his screaming act and you will win the race!

never let your self-esteem suffer and never get ashamed on the things that don't deserve such reactions.
