Raheel was a Movie Buff!!

I am a complete movie buff. There was a time when I used to eat, drink and sleep movies. When I used to ask for movies on cable/lan sharing, people used to call me a movie begger.. lolz!! But unfortunately I haven't seen any movie since ages because I don't have damn 3 free hours to watch a movie.. as for now, I just satiating myself with telefilms. Now I guess I should slow on and chill so this is list of movies that I want to watch(though some of them are unreleased):

Thatz a long list.. quite a job to complete watching movies in this list when I have so less free time.

PS: Pakistan won the test series. It is a big win for Pakistan after a long time. Yaay!! Starts jumping crazily over bed. The real fun will be when Pakistan manages to win the one days. Not a huge cricket fan but Pak-India matches are nice way to kill time.

PSS: Neha Kakkar out of Indian Idol Season 2. She was a great performer.. nice expression, body language and dancing abilities. Though her voice was little different than usual and not the strongest but she didn't deserve to go back this soon. I guess, they should ask Pakistanis to vote instead of silly Indians.. I know majority of them are emotional fools or fools anyways. But I guess the results in both countries will remain the same because people can't see talent, they only see the show-sha and the most stupid contestant will remain the most attractive among the audience.. Sad yes it is!! On the other hand, people also tend to listen to judges' comments but when judges are already so confused and they can't shape their comments in a simple, easy and specific way then hell ya to such people.

Happy Birthday Mano. May you have many more such happy occassions to cherish. And now give me my tweet!!

I finally completed reading The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. It took me ages to complete this tiny book, everytime I read any book I end up saying this. But this time it seriously went a little far, more than acceptable.. maybe the jaundice phase made a snail - anywayz hookay!!

It was a good read not the best yet interesting, very similar to my toughts though I don't agree with him on certain topics i.e. in one or two sections. You may find it a little over the top or maybe unconventional but I, being a liberal or say self-explorer would recommend this book to any and everyone. You will like it - if not completely then atleast some portions for sure . The thing which amazes me about Gibran's writings is that there is something for everyone in it; whether you like poetic expression, philosophy, romance, spirituality, inspirational books or self-quest.. you just ask for it and you will get it except the mystery and suspense =P

An extract:
"And even as each one of you stands alone in God's knowledge, so must each one of you be alon in his knowledge of God and in his understanding of earth."
Isn't it beautiful?!

Child Psychology

Most teachers always w0rry about their class behavior. What I have learnt today? A teacher has to be grounded, logical, encourager, positive and motivational. Humor is also very important because no student will like an intellectual and boring class but one should also remember this which my teacher used to say that a teacher can be friendly(and he should be!) but he can never be your friend. I have fully understood my own teacher's point of you today.

Randy Jackson said: "This is the weirdest.. craziest show ever!!" And I agree to the fullest. American Idol Auditions are crazy. These silly people can do anything for their 15 seconds of fame. Hookay!! Bad stupid ugly airheaded badly-dressed over-energetic singers turn me on or say turn my laughing button on =P

As far as Indian Idol is concerned, Yashysri got voted out yesterday. When she came she looked like an aunty among the contestants but got a decent makeover for her age. I was not fan of her singing because she sounded like lata which I think is the most overrated singer in India or maybe world. But I must say that she was really sweet and had a great heart.. after all this is the quality no one can hide, it becomes so evident. I was impressed by her hindi and conversing skills. We will miss you as a person on the show for sure. And if you find my II posts boring then curse sony tv channel.

I sometimes wonder why is it important to be big or known to make your quotes or saying worth quoting? Always celebrities and authors are the most hep people in quotes list. Can't you also find wisdom in a common man? I think most of the actors say senseless things which come up as quotable quotes. Are you getting the point? Another question, why actors wear shades/sunglasses during an interview? It looks so foolish and cheap.. seriously. When you are communicating with someone, your eye expressions contribute alot. Eyes also speak, don't have they heard this saying. Or maybe they are afraid that their eyes will tell all their secrets, after all actors have so much there to hide =-P Just an another thought!!

The most important thing that I wanted to know is where is our little princess. I think she have stopped blogging or her blogger account has been hacked. We all are missing you lil' princess. Come back soon!!

Okay so today is monday. You owe me a thankyou for that great info. People usually dread mondays, I also do.. after all who wants to go back to job/school/whateva after the weekend but this monday was different. I got one week off from school. Which means I should devote more times to studies at home but it is happening just opposite. Bad boy is what I am! Whether its Sunday or Monday, life is boring anyways. For now Indian Idol will start in few minutes so I will catch you later. *Screen Saver* Okay Now I am Back!! Some days start as being so bland and boring that you fear that how will you bear with it throughout its course. But life's not like that, it moves and changes with every second, you just can't predict. Usually these days I don't wake up feeling fresh. I don't know maybe its because of the old bad sinus and I tell you pizza aggravates sinus. Its happening with me since new year's eve. Nevamind!! The day or say afternoon turned out as expected but evening changed it all. Full of laughs, good times and a lot of good luck I got a new class to teach in my self-development/community centre. The kids are spoiled brats, the word 'respect' seems to be missing in their dictionaries and they are just big mouths and no courage. However few eye expressions, a lot of strictness, fiery attiude, stupid threats and encouragement did come handy. In the end of/during the class, they looked impressed or feared?! God know betta!! But you can't as it was barely the first day. And then Indian Idol was also fun, its always fun except the insane results. All these girls are so nice, albeit there performance weren't that nice today but I wan't them all to stay in the game.. look now the leo in me is talking, after all boys always have special affection for girls only if boys are straight. *chuckles*. Sadly, one has to leave. Its a tough choice because no one was upto the mark and no one was bad either but still have my favorites and they are more than one in number 3/5. What will happen in the results, now thatz something to look for --> suspense and thrill. I am getting very sleepy now so I think I should go to bed and after reading this onethingleadstoanother type post you will also be feeling sleepy. Sweet Dreams. Hey your boss is watching com'on wake up buddy. My blog is your coffee ;)

insanity at its best

You know bestest chat that I can ever have, are those when all of my AKHSS mates come online then we get into nasty and insane conversations, one such convo is here. Let me introduce you to Mr. chuchoo. You can expect the unexpected from him. He also has something weird and phunny in stock to say. You know that when he is online; he will tickle your funny bone, make you die out of laughing and insult the hell outta you. Still we all like him.. yes we are big dumbos. Okay we have had enough of chuchoo-talks so we shift our focus to this wacky convo that we had last night. This made me laugh like hell, I was about to choke seriously. Translation is in brackets.

small world says:
raheel u cant fight em...sai me inhon ne diploma hasil kia aise chezon mein (raheel u can't fight em, they have got some kind of diploma in these type of things)
chuchoo says:
hehehe
Raheel says:
aur kia hum toh shareef log shareef ilaaqey ke tehre (yes, ofcourse I am the only innocent person left, belonging from an innocent area)
small world says:
yeah...so forget it....
chuchoo says:
abey oo.. shareef tu kkoi bhee nahi hai.. (hey ya, no one is ever innocent)
chuchoo says:
every one gets married
Btw after this convo, I am still thinking how chuchoo will look in pampers on his head?! Lolz!! Okay we admit we belong to some MAD species. As far as pamper-thingy is concerned, I bet you don't wanna the context =P

Easy v/s Difficult

EASY
DIFFICULT

Easy is to judge the mistakes of others
Difficult is to recognize our own mistakes

Easy is to talk without thinking
Difficult is to refrain the tongue

Easy is to hurt someone who loves us.
Difficult is to heal the wound...

Easy is to forgive others Difficult is to ask for forgiveness

Easy is to set rules.
Difficult is to follow them...

Easy is to dream every night.
Difficult is to fight for a dream...

Easy is to show victory.
Difficult is to assume defeat with dignity...

Easy is to admire a full moon. Difficult to see the other side...

Easy is to stumble with a stone.
Difficult is to get up...

Easy is to enjoy life every day.
Difficult to give its real value...

Easy is to promise something to someone.

Difficult is to fulfill that promise...

Easy is to say we love.
Difficult is to show it every day...

Easy is to criticize others.
Difficult is to improve oneself...

Easy is to make mistakes.
Difficult is to learn from them...

Easy is to weep for a lost love.
Difficult is to take care of it so not to lose it.

Easy is to think about improving.

Difficult is to stop thinking it and put it into action...

Easy is to think bad of others
Difficult is to give them the benefit of the doubt...

Easy is to receive Difficult is to give

Easy to read this Difficult to follow

Easy is keep the friendship with words
Difficult is to keep it with meanings

...one step ahead, thank you my dear God.

Bwahahahaha stupids!!

American Idol Season 5 Auditions were rocking because judges were weirdly out of their mind, contestants were insane and hosting/comments was wacky and comical. Good laughs.. great experience for a viewer!! I know Galas will bore me like hell.. I hope these people succeed in proving me wrong.

Sweet Randomness

Firstly, a big thanks to Sid for a wonderful Get Well Soon card.. I appreciate!! Yesterday night, Indian Idol 2 Galas started with a big bang. The quality has improved by million folds but still there are some loopholes. Malika Sherawat was the surprise guest and I observed one thing, her mannerisms are quite similar to those of Bobby Darling or maybe vice versa =P. American Idol is also on its way to the new season.

Both yesterday and today were great days. Thanks God for all the blessings and refreshing changes.

Bloody mullahs and selfish feudals are two groups who have done all the khana kharab(destruction) of Pakistan since its independence. They are just blood suckers and politically activated groups. Its high time that we should get out of the provincial disputes and make KalaBagh Dam.. go Mushi go!! America is going nuts over Al-Qaeda and Paki army can't even defend its own borders.. very sad state of affair.

Lights.. Camera.. Video

mYou people might not know this but I wanted to study film making but unfortunately there is no such good institute in Pakistan. Leave it, I just wanted to discuss two fantastic videos that are airing nowadays on Paki music channels.

1. Iss baar milo by Hadiqa Kiani and Aamir Zaki. The video is awesome and we all know that Jami(the director) is pure genius. What I like about his videos is that he always tries something abstract and symbolic which is a real treat for brainy viewers. Every frame of his video is a visual and intellectual treat. Especially I like the gloomy feel of the video in question. I don't know why but I always get so attracted to dark, gloomy and depressing things =p.. ajeeb sa hoon main thora sa. The most shocking moment was that Hadiqa and the so-called extras in the video acted like they were real pagals; just mindblowing. And did i tell ya that song is also good for a change, after all its Aamir Zaki. For more info on video, check www.hadiqakiani.net

2. Sab Bhulake by Call. Sohail Javed might not be intellectually creative like Jami but he can also direct a good video once in a while. I guess it only turned out so aesthetic because of Zulfi as he won't go for anything mediocre. The video is very simple in concept - nostalgic with some modern treatment; the styling, location and animation is par excellence which made it worth-watching. The visuals are breath-taking so you won't regret as the song is also very cool.

To wrap it off.. I am also working on a script. Someday I may direct it too. Umeed par duniya qayam hai!!

PS: People are treating me as I am a weightloss guru. It is so flattering and insane!!
PSS: Happy Birthday Dad!! May you have many more(amen).. I love you =)
